FAQ

Questions before the first order

Why order through you instead of a workshop directly?

A single workshop can only make what its own machines allow. Covering CNC milling and turning, large conventional turning, sheet metal, laser and waterjet cutting, welding and finishing under one roof would take a very large plant. Our partner network covers all of these, so you can source many different parts from one supplier, with one quote, one contact person and one inspection report per delivery.

What is the minimum order?

The focus is batches of 10–500 pieces and repeat orders. The minimum order value is € 500. Prototypes and single parts are possible when they prepare a series.

What lead times can I expect?

You get a quote within 48 hours. Production time depends on the part, material and finishing and is stated in the quote. Typical production time is 2–4 weeks after order confirmation, plus up to one week for heat treatment or coating. Truck delivery to Germany, Austria and Switzerland takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

What are the payment terms?

The first order is paid in advance. Repeat orders are payable 30 days net after delivery.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

FCA Zrenjanin, where your forwarder collects the goods, or DAP your site, where we arrange transport to your door. Under both terms, import clearance and import VAT are on your side.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. Tick the NDA box in the form and the NDA is signed before anyone reviews your drawings. Drawings are only shared with the partner workshop that quotes or produces your parts.

What happens if parts are out of tolerance?

Critical dimensions are measured before dispatch, so deviations should be caught in Serbia, not at your goods receipt. If a part arrives out of tolerance anyway, send photos or your measurement report and we deal with it directly. Confirmed deviations are reworked or remade at our cost, including transport, or credited if you prefer.

Which file formats do you accept?

STEP / STP, IGES, PDF, DXF, several files per request. Ideal is a 3D model in STEP plus a PDF drawing with tolerances, surface finish and material.
